I had a great session today! I am so happy. When I first walked in, I could not make eye contact. I was like, "Here we go again", and I really did not want to be there.

But I pushed through and I feel so much better. The topic today was about life with my ex and how I hated that marriage. I did not want to talk about that. I mean, it was 20 years ago that we divorced. Why talk about that now?

She thought I needed to. You know what they say, "We need to go back and revisit those areas that caused us pain and hurt. We need to allow our emotions to heal."

I was like, "What the crap! How is that going to do one thing for me?" I am eating crow right now, because I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. YAY!
Thanks for this!

Yay - glad you could work through the pain and hurt, and use the experience for the good!
