I'm glad you feel better. Talking about things that are bothering us is so important, that's why therapy is so vital. Yeah, keep posting. I have worked through some things here and it was really helpful to post. If editing helps you feel better it is good!

I have decided not to send the letter because if he were the type of person to care about how bad her hurt me, than he wouldnt have hurt me in the first place. So sending the letter would be futile and would only make me feel better for a short amount of time.

That seems very wise. I don't know what I would do in your shoes but it seems like you are taking good steps to protect yourself.

Are you going back into therpy?
