I'm going to be writing about some of my parts (not on PC but for me and my T)--what they think, feel, etc. First is the part who feels she needs to post all about my therapy on this forum. I had a very good session and the email situation is fine. That's it!
Thanks for this!

Rainbow, that can be VERY healing for the alters! Maybe let them each have a journal or a section in a large journal. We did that and it really helped.
Thanks for this!

I made a book of collages for T a couple of years ago, with a page for each of the parts of me that I knew about at the time. It was such a good thing, for both of us.

That sounds like a really good homework assignment

Thanks for this!

Thanks, guys. Yeah, it's all part of learning to rely on my Self, not my T or anyone else. It's hard not to pour out my heart on here and I'm probably going to still do that, but not when it could come between my T and me. So, don't worry granite. I'm not going anywhere.

I already wrote a lot about the part T asked me to concentrate on. I'm going to write about another part because we talked about boundaries in the session, and T said I know what they are. She brought up that I knew it wasn't so appropriate to go by her house. After the session I realized the part that isn't allowed into or even on the outside of T's house was triggered, so she has a lot to say about her feelings and who she is. Probably a child. I really like this assignment of writing about my parts!!
