I am attending the Ohio State University which offers free counseling to all students. I never thought I needed therapy until these last couple months when my depression has taken a nose dive. I figured, it's free, might as well take advantage of it.

I started this morning and I am so glad I did. I love my counselor! She says I am a very insightful person which is going to help her help me. I told her all my concerns and she said they're fixable through counseling. I am totally looking forward to future sessions! I go back Tuesday at 1.

Congratulations on your foray into therapy. I wish I had started many many years ago.

Congrats! I hope it helps you. She sounds like she is going to be able to help you and that's a good thing!

Good for you. I'm glad that you "clicked" right away with someone. Keep up the good work. I think realizing you need counseling and going, is one of the hardest first steps to make.
