Just wanted to let you all know I'm taking a little break from reading and posting here. You all are such amazing, supportive people and it has nothing to do with any of you at all.

I'm just at a critical place in my healing journey and I am very easily triggered. Despite the recent ruptures with my newT, I believe she is a good T and I want to give her a chance to really help me, so I'm going to do my best to trust her and put my full self into the therapy process. For me, that means spending less time online since it tends to fuel my anxiety.

Wish me luck, and know that I'm sending warm healing thoughts to all of you.

Thanks for all the support.

Griffin

I'll be thinking of you, griffin, and glad you feel you can trust this T and are so committed to putting a deep true effort into your therapy with her.
