I don't trust anyone in the psychology world or anything in it. How can I get that back. My trust has been taken and broke.

What happened to damage your trust? Can you write about it?

Once trust is broken, it takes forever, it seems, to build it up again. Lost: very quickly, in an instant! Restored: tons and tons of appropriate behavior to warrant trying to trust again.

I'm working on rebuilding trust issues now myself, so I relate. Wishing doesn't make it happen. Forgiveness doesn't happen overnight--even if you wish to forgive, if you have a lot of anger and hurt from betrayal.

Be kind to yourself!

Abandoned by two therapist in one yr. Hurts like heck still. Was jailed unlawfully in a suicidal event and never helped. I have written in my past posts.
Yes, I have lost hope. I hope this helps.

I hope that your situation gets better as well. At least I have this group. That I am glad for !!!
