i know i will go but i am so scared i didnt think much these weeks about how i left T the last time we met now i am so scared of what she will do because of it i am so not wanting to go.i guess no talking today if i am so paniced already it will be even worse the minute i see her i have no idea how to stop the panic or to minimise it

((((((((((((((( granite ))))))))))))))))) remember all those other times you were so afraid of what I might do.... what did she ever do...... the worst she can do is say something; but how you receive what she say s at least as important as what she says, in fact more so. Please can you remember that she wants your healing, even if there are disconnects.
try to be at peace. Even the therapy hour is only an hour (or less, in a lot of cases!)

thanks sitting i am getting ready to go soon and wow im even sick to my stomach.i am trying so hard to be calm maybe i should just not go.IDK

Oh granite just go, just be, just breathe.....even if you can't/don't talk, like rainbow said, you can listen to T and just be with her. it will be OK, you will be OK! remember, T does care.

ohhhhhhhhhh I'm sorry. Yep, I've been there (shocked my T I can tell you - she doesn't keep a wastebasket in there, or she didn't then, maybe she does now who knows!)
