I so want my T to read this. I hate hate HATE the "half smile" taught in DBT. I have told my T time and again that I don't like it because it feels like I'm not validating how I really feel by "putting on a happy face." But, my T is fully immersed in the DBT kool aid, and insists half smile can change one's mood for the better.

anyway. wish she would read this article, lol!
