This week I started seeing my T at her other office and I think it went pretty well. I felt so much safer since it's more private and further away from the reception area so it's much quieter and I felt more comfortable to talk a little bit. She told me that I did a good job because she had asked me what I wanted to talk about and I started bringing up a few things that I talked about for a bit and I felt proud of myself that I could actually talk more. She said she wants to continue doing therapy this way and hopes that I will be able to open up more. So overall, a good session and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Sounds like a really good session, Dani. It's amazing what a change in scene can make. I hope you have continued success with the new mode of therapy.
