I felt was a waste because most of the session one of my alters, my "gatekeeper" as she called her was out.
I feel as though Nothing was taken away from my session today. maybe she (my T) learned things to help She said the next time she will record the session so it will benefit me. right now all i feel is more confusion. |

I"m sorry you're so confused. I hope that next time you get more time to talk instead of the gatekeeper. Its hard to share time in therapy with everyone inside sometimes!!
