I just saw this a few minutes ago and see that a few people have used this already. I tried clicking on it but it just said "error on page" Who knows how to work this and wants to let us all know? Should I say something about my T so this doesn't get moved to another forum? Well I'm still waiting for her to reply to the text I sent her yesterday...

Why don't you want it moved?
You're more likely to get a response if its in the right forum, dontcha think?

In fact, if you go to the tecnhical support forum, there is a link to a post where Doc John explains an alternate way to use the new feature by going to your profile.

http://forums.psychcentral.com/showthread.php?t=188232

Maybe you could try that way and see if it works for you.

ETA: I just updatd my status and it worked for me.

Are you clicking on the word 'edit'?

I'm sorry too that your T is taking so long to reply. I hope you hear soon!

I hope she replies soon

Mine won't work unless I change it on my profile page. When I try to do it through the forum, there's no way to erase my previous status. Is this what is wrong with yours?

Mine won't let me do anything on either. It just says "error" at the bottom of the page.

Doc John or Fooze might be able to help you. They can look 'behind the scenes' and may be able to see what is going on. It is possible others could have this problem too.

Make a post on the Technical Support forum or send them a PM.

I won't move this thread, but please do use the Technical forum to discuss technical issues. Only Psychotherapy directly related posts should go in this forum, so if the bulk of your post is about something non-psychotherapy related, it will be moved.

As for your technical problems, switching to a different theme (the PsychCentral default theme) and updating your status from there works. It doesn't seem compatible with all the other themes.

Me too, me too. It sucks, but maybe there's a fix for it in the future. Only time will tell (I like the tulips)

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
