I didn't know either so I googled it and found this link:
Path to Freedom: Overcoming the Victim Mentality
http://polynate.net/books/freedom/victim.html

Do you think that is what your T means?

You're T needs to explain herself with words that are helpful.

Thanks I sent her a text saying I don't know if I am going tomorrow. She replied saying if you can't then phone the receptionist in the morning so someone else can have my spot. I replied saying I "can" go tomorrow, I just don't know if I want to. 5mins later I sent another one saying what I really wanted to say. "I don't want to see you tomorrow because I am mad at you. I am really upset about the text you sent me. It really hurt my feelings and to top it off the voices are worse than ever and I still want to kill myself." I haven't heard anything back yet....Doubt I will.

I think you should stop texting your T for now.

Just because she allows unlimited texts/emails, doesn't mean it is a a good idea to do so.

This kind of thing should not be talked about via a text, and probably cannot be resolved with a text.

Go to your appointment and tell her how you feel.

In my mind, the victim mentality is when you feel powerless to do anything about whatever is happening to you when in reality, you do have the power to take some control. It's the "I can't do anything about what is happening TO me" state of mind. That's a bit different than what the article said.
