I haven't been here in for a little while again, was in hospital, again. Back... I saw my t twice the week before and apparently had used the 2 weeks off over the holidays to build up another wall around me. I felt like I had shut my t out and didn't want to let her in again. I was so scared of getting so dependent. Talk about black and white thinking! Complete dependence or complete withdrawal. When will I begin to see the gray?
Well, just wanted to explain where I have been and to let you all know that you are always in my thoughts if I am here or not. HUGS

Welcome back!
OH yes..... I left T. for 3 months, as I feared dependency--it's very hard!!

Hope you are feeling better and that you can find a way to trust your T.
Good luck!
