Just got back home and had a wonderfully healing session with my T.
I brought in the doll my grandmother had made me, pictures of her, the painting she made for me when I was 16yrs. old and a picture I drew, along with a poem that I wrote. My T asked if she could light a candle while I read my poem - it was so nice. I feel like I really had a chance to say goodbye to my grandmother and was glad my T was there to witness it.
Thanks to all.
Thanks for this!
