I woke up this am and realized something. I have come to realize that I am afraid of T's just like someone is really afraid of needles or blood. Now I get it. Now I can work on it. I have emotional problems so I need not to be afraid of T's- not a good fear to have. T tried to tell me and I did not hear her. She told me a story of how she was afraid of needles but now she knows the stinging will help her feel better. Just so happy to be aware of this. Simple but so profound to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
