My T's cutoff is 20 minutes. She said that she understands that from time to time her clients have to call her. I think that's pretty generous.
I agree with the other posters though, if she felt it were a problem I would think she would say something to you.

My T does not charge for leaving phone messages. If we set up a time to talk on the phone, she goes by every 15 minutes. I don't think your T would want to be paid for leaving messages.

Well, if I follow through on reading my letter to her in 1 1/2 hours, I will know for sure what her policy is.

You are very sweet to say so (I speak not for myself, but for the others who have written here, who are much too humble and modest to claim this compliment for themselves, but who do truly deserve it!). (Even tho it's against the guidelines to speak for someone else...!)

i would not pay her unless she asks, then i would ask for clarification of phone calls and their charges
my t has never charged for phone calls, and i have never talked to him on the phone for longer than five minutes tops and that is very very rare. most calls are about 18 seconds... ya, i check my cell phone afterwards, my goal right now is to get it to 15 seconds. |
