ugh. Since my dbt group changed instructors it no longer seems useful to me, so I'm dropping out.

I've gone through three therapists this year, and none of them have panned out.

I'm limited in funds, so have to go through a clinic. I'm not sure what to do at this point, nothing seems to work. I wish I could find something that would get me past the point of where I'm just surviving, I would like to be able to live and enjoy life fully.

I guess I'm mostly venting, because I don't expect to find any answers. I feel like I've exhausted all my resources and have no clue what to do next.

What about medication? Prozac didn't cure me, but it made life bearable and gave me hope.

I've gone the medication route tried many medications over the past ten years. They were not very effective.

I'm sorry to hear that.

Don't give up on yourself. Somewhere out there is a therapist or a therapy who can help you.
