My gf hates my T even though she is the one who insisted I see someone. It is making me hate her. She needs therapy herself but she won't go. What do I do now? I have a way of "cutting off" emotional anyone who is not working for me and we have been together 11 years with 2 kids and 2 grandkids but I still want to whit it All out due to lack of support. Should we take a break

Are you asking whether you should take a break from your girlfriend or your therapist?
Often others find it hard when you begin to change even if they were the ones who wanted you to do so in some way - and often they had a specific way in mind - so when you change differently than they were expecting or hoping, it is uncomfortable for them.
Thanks for this!

Can you offer to have her join you for a session or two?
My mate was not too happy until after she met my T.
Sometimes they just need to know who that person is we are telling our deepest secrets.
