I'm in PJs and not exactly in the frame of mine to drive. Taken some meds today and had a drink that don't mix. Trying to calm myself down enough to get ready. Going off meds sucks, I feel so out of control right now. And confused.

I hate therapy.

When I checked for newer posts, I didn't see any - http://forums.psychcentral.com/searc...archid=2400465 . It looks like JustWannaDisappear actually does disappear from the forums most of the time and only posts a few times a couple days per month.
Thanks for this!

I have two young children and I work, can't always make it on here to reply. Sorry.

Update: Told my t I went off meds. She's not happy with me. Had me sign a no harm contract and added that I need to keep my pdoc appt or she may need to have me hospitalized. I go back in on Monday, withdrawing from the meds is really messing with me right now plus some financial stress and my youngest has been giving me a really tough time. Trying to get him the help he needs since he has some developmental/medical and behavior issues.
Thanks for this!

It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I hope you can make it to your p/doc appointment and something can be found to help you feel better.

hang in there sweetie, some times when our plates our full, it is tough to reach out and that is okay. that is exactly what this site is for...

reach when you need to and offer assistance when you can.
no set schedule for anyone....
Thanks for this!
