Thank-you Melisssad - I can't ignore how many people have replied and highlighted that it is both meds and therapy that have helped the most - it just feels like I am giving in - but have my T appointment today maybe I can raise it there and try to get myself to shift in terms of accepting that medication may be a great option for me - thank-you

This at the bottom of what you post. Maybe look at it as a temporary boost...and you arent giving in...you are accepting another tool to help you get better. And there is NOTHING wrong with that.

lol - yes where is that more sensible place in my head right now? Think I shall get my Pema Chodron book out and have a read tonight (that's where the quote comes from) - thanks Melisssad
