Can you help us with various resources to report various abuse by individuals in Medical Therapy and related professions.

Would depend on the area the abuse occurred; if you are in the United States, whatever state's Attorney General's office, for example. Or, whatever hospital administration (if you just want to "report") or talk to a lawyer who could tell you your options.
