I feel like my brain and my body are on super speed. I can't settle down no matter what I try. My t is running out of ideas. I called the med nurse line to see if they thought it was a med issue, but they want me to contact my pdoc tomorrow.

I don't know what to do till then! This is insane!!!

In a word: exercise. Burn off that extra energy!

Can't do much. I live in an apartment, and I am still in physical therapy recovering from an accident a month and a half ago

physical therapy exercises? there are probably low impact ways you can sweat it out.
cold shower/hot shower?
try to meditate?
watch tv (tends to turn otherwise hyper kids into zombies)?

All good ideas. Are you eating properly? Have you taken whatever you're supposed to take--not just meds but any recommended supplements?

Just grasping at straws here ...

Have been eating properly and taking meds as prescribed. Not on any supplements.
Have done my PT exercises for the day (OUCH!)
Tried meditatiuon and couldn't sit still. Took a shower for as long as I could stand but it didn't help.

Thats why I am at a loss of what to do.

The solution I know would work enough to get me to sleep is not a good one

What about listening to dreamy ballads?

Hang in there! If you make it through the night, maybe next night will be easier.

Do you think this is related to your anxiety and the incident with your therapist last session?

It doesn't feel the same as the anxiety that I have had before. I literally felt like my brain wouldn't stop and my body was well on it's way to being there. It isn't quite as bad this morning, but is definitely still there.
Thanks for this!

I've heard that ADHD feels like that. Some ADHD people compensate by taking up extreme sports, because the danger focusses their minds.

It's definitely not ADHD it's only ever happened a couple of times, but not nearly like it was yesterday. Still kind of bugging me today
