I called to make an appt with T and I can't get in until the first week in Jan. Last time I saw her was nov. 15th. I really like this T, but my last T only took so many clients and held you appt spot for you.

I'm sorry you have to wait so long. Can you get on a cancellation list?

It sounds like scheduling is an important issue to discuss and resolve when you see her next.

Wow. That sounds like a difficult way to see her. I hope you can talk to her about it.

Wow, that's a crazy long time to have to wait. My t, when I first started seeing him, was kind of erratic in appts. Every week, every other week, back to every week, yadda yadda. Finally he has started to get me a standing appt in the coveted 1:00 time slot (it's the best time for me traffic-wise).

But yeah, I'd def talk to her about that.

If you make your next appointment when you are with T at your appointment, how long does it take to see her? Maybe when you see her in January try to schedule the next one on the spot?

Can't you have a standing appointment? That's what I have. I have my same day/same time every week. T and I don't even have to schedule except when I ask for an extra session or if we need to rearrange a day because of being out of town or something.
