DOH is done, and has all charges against T, and the charges will be out with in 30 days!!!!!! Thank you every one on here for your support in helping me through this, you all ROCK !!!!!!!

Like i said you guys ROCK!!!!
I know its not over,because after the charges are out she will have 20 days to ask for a hearing,and i will be going to that one even if my lawyer doesn't want to go, because this one will be in a room with a judge,and her peers, and to tell you the truth i want,and need to face her,so that she knows she has no more power over me,and so i can move on, in 4mo it will be 2 years since i called DOH to turn her in,and some really wonderful ppl filled all the paper work out for me,i don't know all the ppl that did this, but i do know two of them, and i want to Thank them for taken the time to do this for me,and to let them know i am grateful for what they did
