I love it how I can read threads by people who are getting ready to go to session and it makes me a little jealous that they get to have therapy that day.
And then it actually becomes my turn (like today) and I'd rather run and hide. Rather silly when I really think about it.  I wish that realizing the total goofyness of this reaction would make me less nervous. Guess this is why I am being treated for anxiety, huh? Meh.
