Rainbow Rose. You are NOT invisible. Don't you know that you inspired me to open up to my T about my feelings? I couldn't have done it without reading your experience with your T. Thank you SO much for that. I'm sorry that your feeling this way at the moment. Do you want to talk about it? It may help to.
Thanks for this!

Do you journal? Are your words stuck just on this forum or everywhere? I can understand the fears about the internet, but do you express yourself anywhere? I understand words being stuck because I suffered from selective mutism. I always had a diary or journal though, and that seemed to help, though not as much as when I finally spoke to a T for the first time.
Thanks for this!

i'm just stuck. i journaled up until last wednesday then it all got scary, therapist became not real and since then, i've not made any sense.

what you said about not crying being protection DOES make sense, however.
