I googled a load of stuff about depression and suicide and found PC. Lurked for ages before joining. I still don't post much but I do come here fairly often to read posts and articles, usually when I'm feeling more depressed but not so depressed that I don't have the energy to go on the computer.

no idea, but i did join a few months into therapy, so i must have done some sort of internet search on something.
