Something I've just thought of. I don't know if this would work.

But what about working off your aggression at the gym before your appointment?

I wonder if there would be a market for a screaming pillow?

But they'd probably throw you out if you used it.

That would be cool. If they put a little box inside the pillow so that if there is pressure on it, it plays a sound (like "nooo stop it!") or something, haha. That would probably work for me, now that I think of it
