I read it!
She said of course I can give her a note and that we will see with time which way of communication (notes, mails...) will work best.

Now all I need is the courage to write and deliver that damn note I think I'll write one no matter what; then I can still see if I'm comfortable enough giving it to her.

I emailed my T for the first time last week. I worked on the email weeeekkkk! It was long to...like a lifetime worth of stuff!
He printed it up and it was a very productive session! He told me to email anytime w/ 'stuff'

I wrote down stuff too a couple months back. But I couldn't get the nerve to hand over the paper :/. Email is MUCh better for me.

This might be a kind of strange question but how do you guys format these notes/letters? Do you start out "Dear, *instert T's name here*" and then write whatever it is you want to say? Or is it more of list of the things you want to discuss that session? I see my T tomorrow and plan on giving her a letter and I am anxious just thinking about it!

The one I wrote just said what I couldn't say out loud. No salutations or anything. It just started, "It is my fault because . . ."
Thanks for this!

Mine just start out with whatever I'm trying to tell him. I usually sign them Thank you & then my name. He sometimes signs his responses with his first name, sometimes his initials, and sometimes no signature.
