I went to therapy today and T gave me some worksheets to take home and read for hw. Keep in mind my current Dx is PTSD w/ possible bipolar atm. So at the bottom of the worksheet it says modified dbt skills for treating BPD.

I wouldn't worry about it.. Probably, he thought the worksheet would be something that was helpful to you no matter what your current dx is.

I think he's gave you the sheet because it would help with whatever symptoms are bothering you. My diagnosis is GAD but sometimes the ongoing-ness of it leads me feeling exhausted and depressed. That doesn't mean I'm diagnosed with a depression disorder but it's a symptom that doesn't contribute to a healthy me and thus needs to be treated

Don't worry about that. They probably develop the document first for people with BPD but it can be use with anybody in t.

"That's our standard form."
It takes time and effort to develop a form, so old forms often find new uses.

Yep. DBT was developed with people with BPD in mind, but the skills can be helpful to anyone, really.
