This week I told T that the thought of coming to therapy that day was making me feel irritable. T replied "but what come first the thought of coming here or the feeling of irritability" aha! Yes exactly, it was feeling irritable and from there it led to a very helpful discussion about something which until she asked that question I was unaware off! Gotta love therapy!

That is awesome! I love taking those little nuggets of insight with me after a session.
