Questions for self today:

1) How did I entertain myself during the day, prior to becoming this mess of disasterous emotions? How did I pass the time? Did I actually get work done??
2) What the heck possessed me to wear liquid eyeliner to work the day after a session?
3) Why am I even crying anyway?

I have a job I really love. Work calms me down.

(Programming, I mean. Not the meetings!)

Thank you all. I don't even know what to say. I'm not sure what's wrong.

I'm just going to try to accept this is some weird thing that needs to happen so that I can get better. The fact that I posted here is a good sign, usually I completely withdraw and isolate myself even further.

I'm here for you pbutton. I'm having panic attacks at work today, so we're in a similar position right now.

A bad day for you too? I bought non-waterproof mascara by mistake - not a good look when you're covered in tears and snot.

Hugs to you

NO it makes perfect sense. the answer is probably "both", & you can tell T just that & see where it goes. I bet any T would be perfectly fine with that.
seriously! I hope you do go, & it turns out to be just what you need.

I'm so sorry, pbutton. I have been in your place too many times, so I can empathize. I used to return to work after sessions, but not anymore. Even though I haven't cried lately, I never know when the emotions will burst out. My students got to experience several of my "colds" about a month ago. It is such an awful feeling to not have control over the emotions!

Good luck and many, many hugs!

So I could pass on the welcome to humanity bs that my t handed to me last week when I was bawling at work. Apparently humanity involves a fair amount of tears and snot. Feel free to say F U to me. That's what I said to my t today.

I spent two hours crying tonight after being massively triggered in Pilates. I need to email T about the trigger or I'm afraid I wno't discuss it. It is gtteing worse not better and I've gone to two sessions meaning to bring it up but I haven't.

Instead I'm trying to finish up the homework that I meant to do tonight... I barely know what I amdoing and need to go to bed. This sucks so bad. I appreciate all fo the suppoert, sorry I am notgetting back to people. I am not with it tonight. at all
