i have two t's...a regular one and then an emdr one. today i had an appt to see the emdr guy and i was sitting in the waiting room waiting for him and my regular t seen me sitting there and came out and said hi and made small talk with me for a minute.

it MADE.MY.DAY!

ive been seeing her for about 2 years and shes become very important to me over the last few months. i miss her when we miss a week....i haven't outwardly said that but i think she knows. the fact that she went out of her way when she didnt have to and acknowledged me not just with a wave but to get my attention and say "hey, how are you today" made me happy.

i just needed to share that with people who might understand how important that can be
