Had last session with Ruth (counsellor) yesterday since I have at last got psychotherapy. I know it had to end but I still feel like I lost something.

Caroline

It is sad when we have to move on, especially if you had a good relationship with your counsellor.

But on the positive side you are now moving on to therapy with someone who will truly understand.

I find it hard to cope with 'change' too. Good or bad.

Hugs for you

Thank you Sky and Pegasus.

I still feel sad but I'm starting to see that I can cope. And yes, it is good that I have access now to the psychotherapy - I really feel that it can help me.

Good luck with your new T. Sometimes, changing Ts can be hard.
