Well I have finally made a breakthrough in therapy..... Yahoo for me ....My t and I have been discussing my "inner child " for a while now and how to start healing my inner child.... And I finally got it, I now know what she has been talking about.....It hit me like a bolt of lightning....For a while I had done some reading on the subject and was quite confused .... But no longer confused....I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.....I can now start to take care of her....For so long I have ignored all of her needs but I can start to listen and give her what she needs......And this also ties into my transference issue with my ex t and how I have fallen for him for all the WRONG reasons....I think I am starting to see the light.... I am so excited about this breakthrough...Just thought I would share with this happy news......
Thanks for this!
