my MD has been seeing me every 3 mo for counseling for 2 years because she knows i will never go to another T, she is also my ex Ts MD, i don't know if i can trust her, god who can i trust

You can trust her because she isn't your ex T, she is a separate person and she has been trustworthy. I can understand the slight connection feeling uneasy, but she is an MD who sees many people and your ex T's untrustworthiness is her own, and can't 'contaminate' your MD.

Hi Silenthill

Knowing your situation I would still be cautious. It seems like everyone knows everyone else in your town. If your MD has been good for you and trustworthy, it should be ok. You need to be able to talk to somebody.

Thank you ECHOES and Calista+12, I had a appt with my MD yesterday it was good, she even gave me a hug she never has given me a hug be for, i don't know may be that's what scares me,i just don't want to let any one in or to close,it hurts to much
