Hi everyone, bout to leave for my 2 session with t today. I am staying with my husband things are better. I need some pocket riders hopefully things will go ok in the session and i can start to heal the past. Thanks will update you all later.

Hi thankyou. I got there and the appointment got cancelled. The t re-scvhedualed me in for next Weds. At least i see my addiction counsellor tomrrow. I could use some hugs please, my Grandpa was put into a home last week very bad alziemers. I feel like the world is falling apart on me right now. I am so glad i have you here on pc this is one of my biggests supports other then my husband.

I'm so sorry to hear that. That is soooo disappointing when it happens. I'm glad you get to see a different counselor tomorrow.

And sorry about what you go through with your grandfather. I know how it's hard for our heart when we see someone we love losing his capacity... Take care Faith |

Thankyou, just got back from seeing my addiction counsellor and therapist. It was a very supportive session, they both told me they are not going to bandon me and i need to lean on them and keep my appointments. I have not been good keeping my sessions with addiction counsellor. Have been very hurt by pasts t.
Also have to go to my family doctor tommrow going to go on meds, my depression is really low right now and also next week i see a pyschiatrist at the same clinic my t is at. I see my therapist on Friday and next Weds. I really like her she seems to want to help me in my day to day life and in the past. Also my addiction counsellor is really supportive of me and they do allow me to phone between sessions, plus the mental health crises line. sorry for the long posts and i will do my best to be more active on here when husband is at work. |

glad you like your T and Counselor, hopefully things will settle in for you quickly. It is important to keep appointments to get in a routine. Sorry to hear about your grandfather, will you be able to visit him?
