I had a really long and stressful workday. I am scheduled to have session tomorrow and I didn't a reminder call like I normally do. There's been a couple of times they've forgotten to call, but this time it worries me. I'll call the office in the morning to confirm, but aaaaargh!!!

But if she were to cancel the session, they would call. Right? I mean, you wouldn't just find the place locked up, a "Closed" sign on the door. Right?

I could see how that would worry you.... I am sure though, it was an oversight. I hope your session tomorrow goes well!

No. I'm sure it's an oversight. The only thing would be I worry about is if T put it in her schedule wrong.

I've gone twice with no reminder calls. It's so annoying. My appointments were scheduled just fine though.

Called this morning at 10. No one answered. Started to think Roadie might be right. Left message on receptionist's voicemail. 11:30, still no callback. So I called back. Receptionist answered and confirmed appt. Whew!

I never get reminder calls- the calls I get are: since I don't answer, a voicemail gets left saying call us back at your earliest convenience, preferably before -time of therapy-, to which i call back and hear "T will be out of the office".
