Well good luck Caroline. I actually find your thread quite inspiring. Thanks for that. I'm going to try harder on some of my own goals. Sharing a  couple of successes

Thank you, brian.

One of my problems is that I tend to try to do too much. My T (first time I have had a T) has been insisting that I should take it slowly, and I guess I have been resisting that. But it is really paying off... I'm looking forward to seeing him on Thursday and discussing all this; I hope he will see how much it means to me.
