Hi everyone my husband is comming with me to my session. Im very nervous, Todays session with the counsellor was hard though we only talked about my anxiety levle not being healthy. She did tell me to call her and my therapist tommrow to talk. Im scared to hurt my husbands feelings. We are doing so much better compared to a month ago. The hurt i feel still needs to be talked about on Thursday. Sorry if im all over the place. Could use support this week please.

I'll be thinking of you Thursday. How do you suppose you could hurt your husband's feelings? Coming up with ways he can help you feel better, things he can do or not do, isn't going to hurt him; he'll be thrilled that he can help!

I hope his feelings wont get hurt, hope he relizes that im so sensitive and hope he can help me overcome my sensitivy. We did get into some very nasty fights the last one he put me in the pysch ward. He blames me still for it all. I know me drinking and him did not help. I hope he will not get mad at me for almost leaving him. Sorry im getting into too deep should of put trigger in the heading.

Sending you good thoughts about your Thursday appointment, Taylor! It'll go okay. Just take things gently and remember to breath during the session. Your therapist will support and encourage you and she'll also keep things from getting heated or hurtful. I'm guessing that she will support your husband in finding ways that he can help you in a productive and caring way.
