I'm proud of myself today -- which doesn't happen very often.

I dealt with a ton of reading and triggers of sa and csa. I became quite upset at one point and really fought the s-i urges. I kept saying to myself, "Don't repeat the pattern, don't repeat the pattern, don't give in" and prayed some as well.

And the moments have now passed and I'm on the other side of the emotional craziness, at least for now.

Thanks for the congrats everyone. I ended up having a goofy and fun night with my husband, which was much needed. We've been so serious lately that it was a relief to be silly.
