That's what it feels like right now.

I'm finally alone for a while and am not as agitated as before.

So I sit here thinking of who I could call or what I could journal that would be helpful for me. There isn't anyone to call -- I have friends, just no one to share this with because . . . I can't seem to think coherently enough to journal, much less verbalize wtf is going on.

Ugh.

yes---sometimes the meds do this to me, sometimes i'm just so upside down i can't slow down or relax enough to make sense of the jumble....the frustrating part is my pdoc and t ask me to keep trying to do these activities (meditation or journaling) without acknowledging the pain that not being able to do it are causing.....maybe you could just free associate...write the jumble down and maybe it will help it to clear a bit.....sometimes i have to nap to get past this myself.

I sometimes feel like there's this sheet of glass in my brain. I can sort of see what I need to address in therapy, but I cannot think about it too much or talk about it because my thoughts hit the sheet of glass and just slide on to something else.

yup...it happens when I try to think, or at T when I try to talk. I usually loose myself in a good book when I am that jumbled.
