My T is on the crisis intake team. I'd figure that someone else was really in need of serious help. He is almost always on time though & has apologized the few times that he wasn't.

I was FAR more upset the time he was waiting behind the desk when I got there. That REALLY freaked me out. I like to get checked in & established prior to seeing him.

My T is always f'ing late. Pisses me off big time, like his prior client is worth more than I am.

The only part about it that would upset me is the part where the worry is that I screwed up the date or time and if it were certain I did not, I don't usually think much of it. I would probably find a new therapist if it happened all the time. I don't worry that something bad happened to the therapist, but I don't usually think something bad has happened to anyone who is late.
