Post as much as you like and need; your posts and presence are always always welcome. No such thing as too much, really (unless you could post 1000000 times in a day, which isn't even realistically possible!) so no worries.
I am glad your counselor did take you on then, especially if she did already have a full case load. And for free of charge ..... that's great and probably relieves you of a burden. Maybe someday she will be able to have more time. |

no sannah we arent expressing anything lately. cores daughter and friend are ok,they mostly arent here anyway but the kittens(HUGE triggers) are left for us to take care of and thats not doing too good for us. emotionally we feel very stuck and as soon as something starts to rise it immediately gets shoved back inside.

i feel like i'm alone too. every day i feel like i'm a ghost just moving through crowds. im basically a loner at school and at home. i just cant seem to become normal. and everything i do is wrong... according to my mother.

if it wont come out as rage and anger maybe we can try but lately and especially tonight we are struggling with bouts of this and dont really know what to do with it as there really is no safe outlet we can use right now. most likely the best we can hope for is tomorrow after everyone else has left and we can throw something
