I had posted this before too, but in a different sense, I didn't have the understanding: T said a kid needs an adult to interpret life events to him, to make meaning of them, to help the kid integrate them. Maybe it was kinda brave. thanks.

I feel like this quite often. I would not actively kill myself, but I am ready to go. I just feel guilt because of my sons and close family.
