So many times I go through his in therapy. The flashbacks the wanting to put T right in the "fire" with me and she holds tight, as I ride the PTSD wave.

For me just watching the news about robberies and stabbings and assaults triggers the awful tildle wave. I loose touch with the moment and my mind begins to Play every awful traumatic experience that could befall my children. I try to hide this fear and start chatting manically in an attempt to escape my own inner torment.
So many times have I been through this. Sound familiar to others??

Flashbacks suck. It makes me feel like a crazy person having these over the top reactions.
