Both my pdoc and T agree that me going back home would do wonders for me. They've given me information on places to go for mental health help, especially in the Boston area. My pdoc has several old colleagues with Mclean Hospital.

Mclean is a good hospital. They have so much for both in and out patient, and the grounds are so cool, with all the antique buildings and stuff. It has remained one of the nation's top psych hospitals for years. Their trauma unit and programs are top notch. I am really fortunate to be within a few hours drive. I am currently waiting on a bed in a residential out patient Trauma house.

Glad you're getting support in moving back home to MA. The DBSA (depression bipolar support alliance) group here is wonderful. It's at Maclan hospital every wednesday night. Hope that helps.
