I'm going to be doing this in therapy with hypnosis. I have read a little about it and understand the basis but am wondering if anyone here has had this style of therapy done?

What happens when you are placed under hypnosis? Are you still awake / conscious / about to remember what has happened after?

What does the therapist do to get in touch with your other ego states? How does he work with them?

Really would love to hear anyone's experience with this.

I had never heard of it; I don't know that it is practiced much in the United States. I hope someone here has at least tried it to be able to give you more information.
