i haven't been around much the last few weeks ... and hwne i have it's more just been reading; mind hasn't been clear enough to really respond to people or to do much beyond getting from moment to moment. Therapy is ... hard.

i think so lola ...... kind of like we can be here everyday sometimes and that goes on for what feels like ages; then something happens and it's hard to be here or anywhere and we retreat then try to stick our heads back out again hmm

There is no need to say sorry tigergirl, I'm just glad that you are here. Yes therapy can be so hard and that is why I think PC is so great as we understand those times when the fog descends and when it is hard to post.
