My first two appointments were for assessment. Basically we talked - he asked me about background stuff (childhood etc) which is an isue for me. He aalso asked me about my life now - what I do, socialising, hobbies etc. It wasn't awful! Then we drew up some aims together and that was more or less it.
Hope this helps.

I went to the pdoc and we did talk some but seeing him for the first time I was not able to confide in him. I had told my theripyst I would not be able to so she had talked to him. It took me about 4 months to open up to her. he gave me sequel ( spelling ) I not take 200 mg at nite and will start taking 25 mg in the morning and 25 mg in the afternoon. thanks for listening.
